Account and Role Information
You are responsible for entering the correct game account, role ID, and server information before payment. Top-up products are delivered according to the information submitted with the order.
Products and Delivery
The official top-up site mainly provides voucher purchases. Vouchers and other eligible items are delivered to the corresponding game account after successful payment and order confirmation.
Payment
Payments are processed by supported third-party payment providers. Please complete payment on the provider page before the order expires. Unpaid or expired orders will not be delivered.
User Responsibilities
You may not use stolen payment methods, unauthorized accounts, automated attacks, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that disrupts the top-up service or game operations.
